Robinson & Parker LLP is a California litigation boutique of two partners and a small team. We represent individuals and institutions in plaintiff-side litigation, primarily on contingency and hybrid fees, and we prepare every case as though it will be tried.
The partner who takes a case runs it. The partner in charge reads the pleadings, takes the critical depositions, argues the motions, and tries the case if it goes that far. Our teams are two to four people. We don’t hand off work to a second tier and disappear.
We regularly turn down matters because the model only works if every case gets the partner attention we promise.
A small team makes decisions at the speed a case requires. The strategy stays consistent because the same people who set it execute it.
The partner who frames the theory in the first call is the same partner standing in front of the jury two years later. Continuity is hard to manufacture. We get it for free.
We’re not a full-service firm, and we don’t try to be. We are highly selective in the matters we take.
Saying yes to one matter means saying no to others—and that discipline is what keeps the cases we accept the cases we can actually win.
We engage selectively. If your matter warrants the kind of attention we describe here, we’d like to hear about it.
